1. Parties and Scope

These terms govern the relationship between ADVİSERLAB YAZILIM PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“SEO Kokpit”, “we”) and the user of the service provided at seokokpit.com. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The Service

SEO Kokpit is a subscription service that analyzes your Google Search Console data on a read-only basis, generates content briefs and drafts with AI assistance, and — only with your explicit approval — publishes content to your connected website (e.g. Shopify). Plan features and limits are listed on the pricing page.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Abuse, reverse engineering, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent system limits may result in suspension.

4. Subscriptions, Credits and Limits

Plans are billed monthly via iyzico. Each plan includes limits on sites, AI credits, keyword research and rank tracking. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over; failed generations are refunded. Cancellation and refund terms are described on the refund policy page.

5. AI Content and Responsibility

Generated briefs and drafts are AI output provided for review before publishing. You are responsible for verifying facts, claims and figures before publication. No feature — including Autopilot — publishes content without your approval; legal responsibility for published content rests with you.

6. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with Google (Search Console), Shopify, Telegram and iyzico; their own terms apply. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. Access tokens are stored encrypted and you can disconnect at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, interface and brand belong to ADVİSERLAB YAZILIM PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Content generated for you is yours to use, edit and publish freely.

8. Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party outages. Material changes to these terms will be announced by email.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. No guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
